  • Micaiah "Mac" Johannes-The Booker

    General Manager / Catering Director

    Mac has been with the Rococo family since 2011. Running the catering department with her old pal Sam Fitch, Mac took over as Catering Director in 2016 after Sam moved to California.

    Mac grew up in Duncan, Oklahoma and moved to Edmond in 2006 to attend University of Central Oklahoma. In 2008, she took a career change into the culinary arts where she studied at Metro Tech in Oklahoma City. Working at various restaurants in the city including Museum Café, Deep Fork, and finally nestling into her home with Rococo, catering had become her ultimate culinary passion. Her favorite events are themed events with themed menus. She loves being able to get creative with menu ideas and buffet décor.

    Mac is also a loving wife to her husband Preston, and a mommy to her 2 baby girls, Adeline and Sadie.

  • Zach Rupple- The Cooker

    Executive Chef

    Zach was born in Long Beach, California and moved to Oklahoma at the young age of two. He considers himself an Okie at heart. He started his culinary career at Gaillardia Country Club and transitioned to Rococo in 2014. He was sous chef at our original location, now home to Rococo Catering and Avenue Event Space, and became Executive Chef of Catering in 2020. He enjoys exploring new recipes and cuisine, incorporating fun new ideas into our catering menus. He lives here in OKC with his bride, Dani, 2 dogs and a cat.
